ClassicLine Insurance is an independently owned classic and prestige car insurance broker and are looking to add to their customer services department. We have been trading for over 30 years and pride ourselves on exemplary customer service, industry knowledge and competitive products. Throughout the years we’ve established close relationships with our insurance providers and offer a tailor made service.
The role:
- To effectively administer all types of insurer and client requirements
- To efficiently respond to client requests relating to their insurance policies
- Building rapport to develop relationships
- Dealing wth inbound emails and answering any queries
The candidate:
- Driven and self-motivated with the ability to be part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate with others
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
Salary dependant on experience. The role will suit candidates of all ages and experience.
